Weekly email digest

Every Monday morning, MenuWright emails a summary of the past week:

• Top movers (items that changed quadrant)
• Revenue and margin trends
• New AI recommendations
• Action items from the previous week

Configure recipients and schedule in Settings → Reports → Weekly Digest.

Monthly PDF deep-dive

On the first of each month, MenuWright generates a comprehensive PDF report:

• Full menu matrix with all items classified
• Category-level profitability analysis
• Trend charts (30/60/90-day)
• Prioritized recommendation list with projected impact
• Bundle and cannibalization insights

Download from the Reports tab or receive it by email.

Timezone handling

Reports use your restaurant's timezone (set in Settings → Restaurant Profile). Weekly digests send at 7:00 AM local time. Monthly PDFs generate at midnight on the first.

Export

Export raw data at any time:

• CSV — full item-level data with classifications and recommendations
• PDF — formatted report matching the monthly deep-dive layout
• API — programmatic access for custom integrations (see API docs)
