MenuWright subscription plans, usage limits, and payment management.
Plans
MenuWright uses Stripe for subscription billing. Plans are scoped per restaurant.

Usage limits
- Starter — 10 AI recommendations per month, 90-day data retention
- Pro — unlimited recommendations, 2-year data retention
- Multi-site — unlimited recommendations, 2-year retention, per-location branding
Overage on Starter AI recommendations is billed at $0.50 per recommendation.
Managing your subscription
- Upgrade / downgrade — Settings → Billing → Change Plan. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
- Payment method — Settings → Billing → Payment Method. Update your card or switch to invoice billing.
- Invoices — Settings → Billing → Invoices. Download past invoices as PDF.
- Cancel — Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. Access continues through the end of the current billing period.
Per-restaurant branding
Pro and Multi-site plans support custom branding:
- Restaurant logo (appears on reports and the dashboard header)
- Accent color theme
- Report footer with your restaurant's name and contact info
Configure in Settings → Branding.
